Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees for the Whole Health Framework Continuing Education Retreat are non-refundable.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a written request may be submitted at least 30 days prior to the retreat to transfer registration to a future retreat (subject to availability and administrative fee).
No transfers or credits will be issued within 30 days of the event.
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled or rescheduled by Holistic Health PT due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited solely to a refund of registration fees paid. Holistic Health PT is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, or other incidental expenses incurred.
